Sophia Junko Baseball

Team 0f 2016.

 

This year's team is made up of 18 freshman, 9 sophomore and 5 junior players. We practice 6 days a week from 12pm to 3pm at the Sanadabori field next to Sophia University.

The team is lead by Captain Takashima who aims to lead Sophia University to a division 3 championship.

Sophia University belongs to division 3 of the TOHTO university league. The league consists of 7 divisions with 6 teams in each division. This league is said to be the strongest league in Japan. Many professional players have belonged to division 1 teams during their university days.
